There are several homemade acne remedies that work very well for a lot of people. Apart from using homemade and topical acne medications it is also very important to have a good diet that can help you attain a healthy skin. A controlled daily intake of vitamins is also very important since many vitamins for example Vitamin A, Vitamin B2, B3, etc have a significant effect on your skin conditions. Vitamin B6 makes the skin more tenacious and consequently reduces the chances of a pimple outbreak. Zinc, in mild doses, if taken before an outbreak, can prevent acne from happening. It is also a good choice to drink either herbal tea or green tea, since it helps reduce toxic level of your body.
